How to reach us
One address for support, one route for reporting a campaign, one for security, and one for a complaint. Nothing on this page is a channel we cannot actually answer.

General support
Write to support@cofunders.org. It is read by a person, in English or in Portuguese, and it is the right address for anything about your own account, a pledge you made, a campaign you opened, or something on this site that does not work.
Tell us your wallet address or the email your account uses, and the campaign it is about. Nobody at CoFunders will ever ask for your recovery phrase or your password, for any reason, and any message that does is not from us.

Reporting a campaign
Every campaign in the app carries a report button. That is the fastest route and the one to use: the report arrives attached to the campaign it is about, and it is read by a person.
Use it for a campaign that is impersonating somebody, promising something it plainly cannot deliver, or asking backers to move money outside the platform. A report is not a refund request: what a backer can take back, and when, is decided by the contract rather than by us.

A flaw in the contract, the app or this site goes to the security address rather than to support, and the section that explains what to send and what not to do with it is on the security page.

How to complain
If something has gone wrong and support has not put it right, say so in the same thread and use the word complaint, so it is treated as one rather than as another question.
We have not yet published an out-of-court route here. Portuguese law gives a consumer one, and naming the wrong body would send a real complaint to the wrong place, so this section stays empty until the entity that applies to us is confirmed against the official register rather than guessed.
What a complaint cannot do is reverse a payment on the network. Once a campaign has reached its goal and the creator has claimed it, the money is with the creator, and no part of this platform can pull it back. That limit is described on the security page, and it applies to us as much as to you.
Where else we are
These accounts are ours. They are listed here because a profile nobody can tie to this domain is a profile anybody could have made, and each one below was checked against this domain rather than assumed.
Anything asking you for money, for a recovery phrase or for a wallet connection, from an account not on this list, is not us. We do not do support in direct messages and we never will.
