How do you add money to CoFunders with a card or crypto?

Pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay on MoonPay and it reaches you within minutes, or send USDC on Solana to your address with no fee.

Short answer

Two ways. Pay on MoonPay's page, our payment partner, with a card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, and the money reaches your account within minutes, minus our fee and the network fee. Or send USDC on the Solana network straight to your account's address, with no fee from us.

Key facts

  • By card, you can add from $20 to $30,000 at once.
  • Our fee on money added by card is 0.25% plus a flat $0.99, and the network fee.
  • Before you pay, the app shows about how much you'll get.
  • A direct USDC transfer costs nothing from us.
  • Your balance is held in USDC, a digital dollar, and the app shows it in the currency you pick.

  2. On Add money by card, pick an amount, or tap Other and type your own.
  3. Read the line under it: about how much you'll get after our fee and the network fee.
  4. Tap the Add button. MoonPay's page opens, and you pay there.
  5. Come back to the app. When the money lands, the app says so, and you get a Money added notification.

You add money by card on our payment partner's own page, with Apple Pay, Google Pay or a card. It lands first in a deposit wallet for your account, and we move it to your own wallet within minutes, minus our fee of 0.25% plus a flat $0.99, and the network fee. The partner shows its own fee on its page.

How do you add money with crypto?

If you already hold USDC, send it straight to your account.

  1. Open Add money and choose Direct transfer.
  2. Copy your wallet address, or scan its QR code.
  3. From your other wallet or exchange, send USDC on the Solana network to that address.

Only USDC, only on Solana

Send only USDC on the Solana network to this address. It's the one currency your balance holds.

It goes straight to your own address, never through a deposit wallet, and we take no fee on it. It shows in your History as Money added.

Don't hold USDC yet? How to deposit with 0% card fees shows how to buy it on an exchange and send it here.

Already use crypto? Crypto crowdfunding on Solana covers what runs on chain and what to check.

How long does adding money take?

By card, a few minutes. The money goes to a deposit wallet first and then moves on to your own, and you get a Money added notification when it lands. A direct transfer goes straight to your address, so it's there once the network has confirmed it.

Can you take the money out again?

Yes. Money you haven't pledged stays yours to withdraw, with no fee from us. How to withdraw money to your bank or card and how to send USDC to another wallet take you through both ways out.
